Endless Summer Camp 2024

WHERE: Lake Yale Baptist Conventions Center - 39034 County Road 452 Leesburg, FL 34788

HOUSING: Dormitory units with bunk-style beds, heated and air-conditioned with good bath facilities and plenty of hot water. YOU MUST PROVIDE LINENS.

MEALS: 3 Hot meals a day. Snacks are available, or you can bring your own.

Every effort has been made to provide an adequate meal schedule to accommodate our guests. The following are the set serving and closing times for meals:

Breakfast: Serving Time: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. / Closing Time: 9:00 a.m.

Lunch: Serving Time: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. / Closing Time: 1:30 p.m.

Dinner: Serving Time: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. / Closing Time: 7:00 p.m.

(Any variations to these times must be submitted in writing & approved sixty days prior to your group’s arrival).

WORSHIP: Each evening all students will gather in the meeting hall for a time of worship, preaching lead by our youth team and Pastors.

RECREATION: Lake Yale Ameneties

High & Low Ropes Course*

Twin bed sheets and blanket or sleeping bag
Pillow and pillow case
Towels
Swimsuit
Soap
Shampoo
Clothing (casual relaxed, outdoor play clothes and normal street clothes)
Personal Items
Bible, notebook and pen
SUNTAN LOTION (PLEASE)
Spending money optional ($20-$30)
TRAVEL & CHECK IN: Travel arrangements are to be made for both check in and check out. We suggest car pooling. Every student must have a signed & notarized Hold Harmless form prior to check in. These forms are available online at the registration page.

- Minor Hold Harmless and Media release
- Adult Hold Harmless and Media release
- Chaperone Packet including adult release form. Everyone over 18 fills this out for me to have. No matter if they are a “leader/counselor/pastor”) I have invited our other communities and this will be subject to their leaders also.

Middle School Current 6th - 9th Grade
June 16th-19th
Check in 3pm June 16th.
Check out June 19th 9am after breakfast
Space is limited 50 Kids / 3 Nights / 8 Meals / $250 each

Payment Deposit Deadlines:
Middle School
Registration of $100 By March 25th
Final Payment of $150: - By May 27th
Or a pay in Full option

High School Current 9th - Recent Graduates
June 19th - 23rd
Check in: 3pm June 19th.
Check out June 23rd 9am after breakfast
Space is limited 50 Kids / 4 Nights / 11 meals / $325 each

Payment Deposit Deadlines:
High School School
Registration of $125 By March 25th
Final Payment of $ 200 By May 27th
Or a pay in Full option
